Golf -the real deal this time

Brian has been wanting to get Braeden into golf for a while, even bought him a little iron several years back. Braeden hadn't shown an interest when Brian would bring up the idea of lessons or such. But, following mini-golf and yet another proposition Braeden said yes. He actually went to a b-day party yesterday and chose to do mini-golf over go-carts. So I think his interest has finally been sparked.
They did a bit of practicing before heading out to their 3pm tee-time. Even though it was in triple digits they had a great time. Braeden gave his blanket answer for when he's enjoyed himself--what was your favorite thing? "all of it!" They had to chase down a few balls and there were some missed hits but also some good shots as well. Both of them were excited that on the final hole Braeden hit it on the green from about 50 yards out and ended with a nice putt. Brian is hopeful that Braeden will want to keep playing---perhaps an excuse to play a little more than he already does.
