Christmas celebrations

Oh Santa, your gifts rock!
This was the second year that Braeden left money for santa
in hopes that his Christmas wish would be met.
Braxton asked for only one of these from santa so was ecstatic to find them both!
He worked two days to put all his legos together...he's been driving and displaying them and even worked with Braeden to create a still shot movie with them.
Bryson had tried out a mini trampoline at our friends house just a few days earlier
so knew exactly what to do.
The weather has been nice enough that Alexis has been able to take her new wheels for several spins.
Although he was interested with what was inside,
Bryson never did get into the wrapping paper....
everyone else had to unwrap for him.

There was definitely no lack of excitement.

I'm trying to post this before December is over so I may have more to add;
after all we celebrated with both sides of our families!

What fun we had celebrating the birth of our savior!

And finally, you may have noticed that our elf stuck around for Christmas day....
the kids always ask him so that he can see them with their gifts.
So here's our final pics of where's Talon?
taking a little scrub-a-dub-dub in the barbie bath.
taking photos....he took some shots of the Christmas decor: we think to show Santa and then took the following self-timer shots...

checking out the lego advent toys            having a little midnight snack

cooling off                                                and catching some z's

We found the remnants of a marshmallow war......
no fair, that snowman has no magic in his hat and was therefore no match for Talon.....
 zipline fun
Enjoying a tall glass bottle of maple syrup.
See you next year Talon....
