Temperature doesn't matter when you're having FUN!

You wouldn't catch my piggies in that freezing water but these three were determined to splash around and eventually were soaked from chest down. Perhaps they were eager to put their new skills from swim lessons to use in grandma and grandpa's pool or maybe they just wanted to swim---they just can't resist that yummy, refreshing water! We wouldn't let them swim on this particular day.
But we assured them they could jump in when we returned in a couple of days to celebrate grandma Chong's birthday.  We told the kids she was 99--she looks pretty great nearing 100 don't you think!
This little guy was the first to fly the frosty pool. I adore his baby chub!
It has to be cold look how Braeden's sucking in his entire upper body.
Since Brian and I weren't crazy enough to swim we banked on one of the big kids to help Alexis. Thank heavens for Courtney! She had to have been worn out by the end of it all. Alexis jumped in over and over and over.

It's safe to say we all had fun in the water and out.

And a Spreier get together would not be complete without a game of catch the baby. Look the other kids are begging (even though Shelby and Braeden's arms aren't up, believe me they were chanting: "me next...me next!") This is a tradition that makes me super nervous and verges a bit on reportable. It's undeniable that the kids, big ones included, LOVE it!
